Sally, the founder of Blackshaw, describes her latest project as follows: “The 16 week design journey of Villa Eden turned an old family villa into a contemporary style living space. Villa Eden Open House
Today we are going to share our very first open house even with you! We spent a lovely Friday afternoon with clients and agents, showcasing one of our latest renovation projects for Villa Eden! It seemed to be “The event of the day” in Marbella! The villa was filled with clients, agents and press from the minute we opened the doors until the very end. All in all, it gave us so The event was organised in collaboration with the real estate agency Maitihomes and the marketing agency Rexuniversal.
About the Villa
Our first open house event was showcasing the spectacular contemporary style villa with 5 bedrooms is located in Las Brisas, Nueva Andalucia. It boasts unique distribution, because it has one main villa and a separate apartment under the terrace area. Moreover, the renovation of this project introduces a completely new way of living for modern day families. In addition, the simple black and white colour theme throughout the villa takes after the clean Scandinavian style. The open plan living space is accentuated by breathtaking mountain views that can be enjoyed from the exquisite outdoor lounge area with pool. Therefore, making it an outstanding example of luxury villa modernisations in the Costa del Sol.
